  3. How should I wash and dry my football kit?To take the best care of your jerseys and extend their lifespan, we recommend hand washing and air drying them. If you do need to use a washing machine, be sure to check the care instructions on the garment for any special requirements. Most items come with specific washing guidelines that should be strictly followed to minimize damage to the fabric. You can also find washing tips and suggestions in the product descriptions on our website! Following the care instructions on the label can make a big difference. We’ve seen many jerseys last for years when the instructions are properly followed with each wash. In most cases, cold water is recommended for washing sportswear to reduce fading. To better protect printed items during washing, turn them inside out to shield the printed names, numbers, and patches. When drying, hang or lay flat to air dry, as the high heat and tumbling of a dryer can shrink the fabric and damage prints. Many instructions suggest “low heat drying,” but gentle handling can make your clothes more durable. Most lightweight sportswear will dry quickly when hung up. Avoid ironing logos and patches, as high heat can scorch the fabric and damage the prints. Generally, we suggest using mild detergent for hand washing and air drying whenever possible.
  4. How long will it take for me to receive my items?If you choose standard shipping, your items should arrive in about 7-14 days! Thank you so much for your patience! Our team and the shipping company are working hard to get your package to you as quickly as possible in the best condition!
  5. Why can't I find my size?If the size you are looking for is not available in the drop-down menu, it means that size is currently out of stock. We are working hard to increase the number of items available in sizes XXL and above, as requested by our customers. We would love to offer all sizes, but unfortunately, many items do not come in larger sizes. All the sizes we currently have available are listed on our website. Please check back with us soon, as we are usually able to restock sizes that have sold out.
  6. What should I do if my package is damaged during shipping?We apologize if the carrier fails to deliver your package in perfect condition. Sometimes accidents can happen that are beyond our control. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package and send us photos of the damaged items via email. We will file a claim with the carrier and get you a replacement jersey as soon as possible!
