Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you have purchased, you may return the items to us within 7 days of receiving the package and receive a full refund. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs or any customs duties that may be incurred during the return process. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will process a refund or exchange for the customer.

If you are dissatisfied with the products you have purchased for any reason, please contact us first and ship the products in a resalable condition to the correct address. ❤️

Return Guidelines
Ensure that the products are in their original condition. This means the products have not been washed, worn, and the plastic packaging remains intact and undamaged. Items with customized names and numbers or those that have been washed cannot be returned (except for quality issues), please understand.

Exchange Policy
Products without customized badges, names, or numbers can be exchanged for other items of the same value or for different items by paying the difference in price. However, you will need to cover the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new item.

What Can I Do for Size Exchange?
You may send the item back for an exchange. You will need to cover the return shipping costs. Alternatively, you can pay 50% of the exchange amount to us, and we will send you a different size.
